How I build
Why I started building internal tools
I got into this after watching teams get bogged down every week by messy spreadsheets, mismatched data, and endless manual work. When simple operational tasks take hours of copying and pasting, everything else slows down.
Most of what I do comes down to looking through raw logs, untangling tricky SQL queries, and automating repetitive data entry so people can focus on work that actually matters.

Joined PKMBK, the committee that runs orientation for incoming Christian students, as documentation and decor staff. Covered the opening service, mentoring sessions, community service weeks, and the closing camp, made the countdown motion graphics for Instagram, and helped build the decor for each event.

Moved into PMK ITS's media division. Concepted and made the staff announcement motion graphics, filmed and edited podcast teasers for PMK Sharing, and designed this year's main merch, a half zip jacket.
Vice Leader, Persekutuan Doa FTEIC

Helped the division head shape the grand design for PD FTEIC, the monthly prayer fellowship for my faculty. Built the visual assets, edited the open recruitment posts, and designed posters for its community service visit to an orphanage.
Mentor, PKK

Mentors an incoming Christian student through PKK, PMK's small-group program, meeting regularly to go through faith material and staying connected through the fellowship's core events like the opening service and camp.
UKM Golf ITS

Documented UKM Golf ITS's promo booth at UKM Expo two years running, then its tournament at Taman Dayu Golf in 2025, turning the coverage into live reports for the club's Instagram.
PT Gesit Nazelo Protection

Documented staff and designed new ID cards when the company moved to a bigger industrial site in Citeureup, adding a barcode that links each card to the employee's info. Later redesigned their outdated website, which doubled as an assignment for my agile project management course.

A Telegram assistant that answers patient questions only from a clinic's own documents.
Answers from the clinic's own documents, hands unknown questions to the staff, and never gives medical advice. Built with n8n, OpenAI and Supabase.
Odoo ERP for PT Gesit Nazelo
Chart of accounts, user roles, and a VPS deploy for a cathodic protection company.
Spent months figuring out how a cathodic protection company actually runs, then built an ERP system around it: chart of accounts, user roles, the whole thing. Led a team of three through it end to end, deployed everything myself on a VPS, and ran the final demo for the client.
UNTR KPI Dashboard
A Power BI dashboard leadership could actually check at a glance.
Turned a pile of scattered spreadsheets into a Power BI dashboard leadership could actually check at a glance. Built out the internal process side of a Balanced Scorecard, tracking things like equipment uptime and supply chain reliability. Learned a lot about DAX the hard way.
E-commerce Analytics Project
A Looker Studio dashboard built for a bootcamp final project.
Dug into e-commerce sales data for a bootcamp final project and built a Looker Studio dashboard, then had to actually explain what it meant to people who'd ask hard questions.
Glowstep
A gamified learning app for Indonesian high schoolers. DIESCO/ISC 2026 finalist.
Ran the full design thinking process for a gamified learning app with a small team, surveys, interviews, personas, the whole cycle, then helped shape the product itself. Made the finals in my first-ever UI/UX competition.
Lead Intake and Routing with n8n
A demo lead pipeline: web form, AI sorting, a Google Sheet and Telegram alerts.
A demo n8n workflow that takes in new leads, sorts them with AI, saves them to a sheet and pings me on Telegram.
